THE HOW TO STOP GOVERNMENT AND CYBER CRIMINAL MONITORING: Protect Against Social Engineering, Collective Action, Domestic Terrorism, Civil Conspiracy, Harassment, Manipulation, Gaslighting, Threats, and Other Malicious “Organized Criminal” Tactics
Social engineering is an “organized criminal” tactic practiced by government, “average” civilians, businesses, and elites in an effort to maintain power and the status quo. It is commonly practiced by organized criminals (some of which have government affiliations) and gangs within major and small cities throughout the United States and around the world. Other terms associated with social engineering are double-speak, double-meaning, cryptic, coded interactions, collective action, civil conspiracy, domestic terrorism, harassment, manipulation, and gaslighting. All has been practiced prior to and after the founding of the United States, utilized by Benjamin Franklin, Randolph Hurst, “Hollywood” and celebrities, and many, many more.
“The White House was a power center engaged in all kinds of activities which would not always bear scrutiny. It necessarily engaged, in a wicked, actual world, in the realpolitik which was theoretically banned by an idealistic Constitution. This was a problem which had plagued presidents since Washington’s day. But some presidents had taken positive pleasure in unlawful skulduggery. Bad habits had set in under FDR. He had created his own ‘intelligence unit’, responsible only to himself, with a staff of eleven and financed by State Department ‘Special Emergency’ money. He used J. Edgar Hoover’s FBI, the IRS, and the Justice Department to harass his enemies, especially the press and business, and to tap their phones, the Mineworkers’ leader John L. Lewis being one victim. FDR’s use of the IRS to ‘get’ names on his ‘enemies’ list’ was particularly scandalous and unlawful. FDR had made persistent efforts to penalize the Chicago Tribune, which he hated, in the courts, and to get the New York Times indicted for tax fraud (despite abusing his power to get LBJ off the hook for the same crime). He even used the intelligence service to bug his wife’s hotel room. Though Truman and Eisenhower, who hated underhand dealings, kept clear of clandestine activities by their staff and the CIA, as a rule, they were generally aware of them and considered that, in dealing with Soviet Russia and other totalitarian terror regimes, they were unavoidable. Kennedy and his brother Bobby positively revelled in the game, and Kennedy’s chief regret was that he had not made his brother Bobby head of the CIA, to bring it under family control. Kennedy had been privy to CIA assassination plots and had been a party to the coup which led to the killing of his ally Diem, though he had opposed the murder itself. At the Justice Department, Bobby Kennedy in 1962 had agents carry out dawn raids on the homes of US Steel executives who had opposed his brother’s policies. In the civil rights campaign, the Kennedy brothers exploited the federal contract system and used executive orders in housing finance (rather than legislation) to get their way. They plotted against right-wing radio and TV stations. They used the IRS to harass ‘enemies.’ Under Kennedy and Johnson, phone-tapping increased markedly. So did ‘bugging’ and ‘taping.’ JFK’s closest aides were stunned to learn in February 1982 that he had taped no fewer than 325 White House conversations. The large-scale womanizing of Martin Luther King was taped and played back to newspaper editors. The efforts made by LBJ to protect himself from the Bobby Baker scandal, already mentioned, included the unlawful use of secret government files, the IRS, and other executive devices.” – (“A History of the American People”).
These practices collectively undermine genuine free speech, social movements, unionization, entrepreneurship, environmental causes, animal welfare, and anything that has potential to disrupt the continued funneling of money to big business and government “corporatist” elites, as well as drug lords, human traffickers, and any other cartel-like gangs. And while you may think you are not susceptible to social engineering, mass media broadcasts news it knows is “configured” by orchestrators as social engineers to deceive and appease the masses. Even more concerning is the way which social media companies knowingly facilitate collective action and/or “organized crime” by allowing individuals from every facet of life to manipulate social media’s suggestive algorithms to “guarantee” delivery of cryptic and harassing, terroristic content to targets’ news feeds as victims of collective actors or individuals with corrupt agendas. This manipulative content presents itself on your social media in the form of posts, comments, stories, reels, hashtag-related content, friend, business and group suggestions, and more based on algorithmically determined “interests”, some of which being based on location (posing more direct dangers). Additionally, “cyber criminals” (including the NSA, CIA, and FBI) hack people’s phones, computers, game systems, and any devices that access the internet or bluetooth to overhear, watch, and monitor individuals, gathering intel to conduct terroristic “attacks” through social media or other internet platforms with curated content to spark fear, terrorize, and manipulate people to act against their will. And the harassment / terrorism is not limited to the internet, as people use this illegally gathered intel (including location data) to manipulate and gaslight innocent civilians in the physical world. People as puppets of “the System” harass, threaten, and blackmail civilians through cryptic content and/or interactions designed for plausible deniability (which is typically only interpretable by the intended target) to force them into submission. A nationally recognized organized criminal syndicate known as the 764 Gang uses online gaming (among other mediums) to lure teens and children in by building trust and manipulating them to divulge information or do things (such as sexual acts) that can be used against them. They then blackmail these young victims, threatening to release this damaging information to their friends or family if they don’t submit to their will. This has included sexual favors, human trafficking, personal and animal mutilation, or harm to other individuals in a variety of forms. The magnitude of consequences this has had, and is having, on societal progress and free will cannot be overstated – suicide, homicide, school shootings and other domestic terrorism, human trafficking, fraud, forced labor; the list goes on as victims remain silent due to fear for their own and their family’s safety. Unchecked, this can destroy democracy in totality and set us on a one-way track to oligarchic rule (more than it already has). Get your head out of “the rat race” and your immediate struggles – this demands your attention and action today.
Here is Google’s description of how social media facilitates cryptic posts of organized criminals to manipulate and threaten people:
Organized crime uses cryptic social media posts involving coded language, symbols, and manipulated content to recruit, coordinate illicit activities, and threaten rivals or victims. These tactics are designed to evade detection by both law enforcement and social media platforms.
Cryptic and coded communication
Criminal organizations and gangs use social media to post coded messages that have double meanings, understood only by group members and intended targets.
- Emojis: Cryptic use of emojis is a common tactic to communicate illicit intentions without explicit language. What appears as a harmless sequence of images can signify a specific criminal activity, such as drug deals or violence.
- Hashtags: Criminals hijack or invent hashtags to circulate their messaging and amplify their content. These tags can be used to coordinate actions, spread misinformation, or signal allegiances.
- Aesthetics: Some groups, particularly those targeting youth, combine “aesthetics with seemingly harmless offers of ‘profitable businesses'” to lure new recruits.
- Encrypted apps: Some criminal organizations have used encrypted messaging apps to coordinate crimes. Law enforcement has countered this by developing and distributing fake encrypted platforms, such as the FBI’s Anom app, to intercept millions of criminal messages.
Manipulation and recruitment
Criminals leverage social media algorithms to identify and exploit vulnerable individuals for recruitment and exploitation.
- Targeted recruitment: Traffickers exploit personalized content and data mining to identify and advertise to individuals in vulnerable situations, such as those seeking employment or help for domestic abuse.
- Algorithmic manipulation: Criminal groups, including human traffickers, take advantage of social media’s algorithm-driven news feeds to expose potential victims to a curated narrative.
- Glorifying crime: Some Latin American criminal groups and “dangerous influencers” post videos that romanticize criminal life and glorify violence to attract minors.
- Extortion and coercion: Organized criminal networks, such as the “764” network, use threats, blackmail, and manipulation to extort victims into producing and sharing self-harm or sexually explicit content.
Threats and intimidation
Social media posts can be used to threaten rivals, coerce victims, or issue coded warnings, and these activities carry serious legal consequences.
- Cyberstalking and harassment: Organized crime groups use social media to stalk and harass individuals, monitoring their activity, spreading misinformation, and distributing private images.
- Terroristic threats: Making credible threats of violence on social media, even against the general public, can lead to state and federal criminal charges.
- Intimidation: Social media is used to intimidate enemies, rivals, and victims to exert control or enforce silence.
Law enforcement response
Police and federal agencies have adapted to monitor and investigate social media activity by organized crime.
- Covert investigations: Law enforcement agencies use open-source intelligence and create covert social media accounts to monitor individuals and infiltrate criminal organizations. However, this practice is subject to legal and ethical scrutiny.
- Data collection: Using warrants and other court orders, law enforcement can compel social media platforms to provide access to user data, including private messages, photos, and group affiliations.
- Challenges: Investigating online threats is difficult because automated analysis tools may misinterpret slang, pop culture references, or sarcasm. Undercover accounts also face legal and ethical challenges, as they often violate the terms of service of social media companies
Again, the danger that this all poses to society cannot be overstated. While this is commonly practiced among organized crime, and condoned by the CIA, NSA, FBI and law enforcement (some of whom undergo training for these purposes), the result has been the repurposing of these tactics by civilians to facilitate misguided agendas. Until these corrupt practices are acknowledged by mainstream media and civilians are taught how to safeguard themselves and their families from these manipulative tactics used by government and civilians alike we are all at risk. It is the responsibility of any democracy to inform their electorate, and WE the PEOPLE (aside from “privileged” pawns and puppets of elites) are not informed. Influence is power, and social engineering amplified through social media and collective action manipulates US as “blind sheep”. “Hoover was a social engineer. Roosevelt was a social psychologist. But neither understood the Depression, or how to cure it. It is likely that efforts of both merely served to prolong the crisis (as it still exists today). The new fashion of social engineering – the notion that action from above could determine the shape of society and that human beings could be manhandled like earth and concrete – had come into its own in World War One. It had, as we have seen, gotten a grip even in America, since it fitted so neatly on to the enlarged state laid down by the Wilson administration in the years before America entered the conflict.” – (“A History of the American People”). And regarding U.S. citizens’ privacy, Senator “Franken replied, speaking very slowly, “There are things… that I know… that I may not be able to tell you.”… “Through his work for an NSA contractor, Snowden had gotten access to thousands of the agency’s files and given them to journalists, fueling story after story about what the NSA had done to tap the digital spine of the Information Age, including the collection of email metadata and data siphoned from undersea internet cables.”… “No tech company lobbyist had said to Bedoya’s face that they hated it (his and Franken’s privacy legislation), but Bedoya had the sense, even before Snowden came along, that there were powerful forces lining up against him.” – (“Your Face Belongs To Us”).
This corruption has gone on for centuries and has only been amplified as technology has progressed with “smart” phones and social media. We are all in danger, and it is absolutely necessary to protect yourself and those you care for by taking steps to defend your privacy.
Ways To Protect Against Hacking, Social Engineering, Collective Action, Civil Conspiracy, Double-speak, Double-meaning, Coded, and Cryptic Interactions
The most important variable to preventing social engineering victimization is awareness, and this blog serves to inform you. If you are out in public and overhear conversation from known or unknown individuals referencing personal information about you, particularly online activity or private conversations that no one should know about but you, friends, or family, then your technology has been hacked and people are monitoring you. Similarly, if your technology has been compromised you may be scrolling through your social media news feed and notice some posts that contain references to private matters. This is different than receiving paid advertising for a new TV after discussing your desire for a new 60″ flatscreen LED TV – this is ai monitoring you (and while discomforting, it’s not illegal depending on your social media privacy settings). While the former is quite alarming and cause for concern, the most immediately important thing to do is to not react or indulge the cryptic posts. Take screenshots of the posts, flag/report them on social media, and file a police report.
How To Protect Yourself On Social Media:
- Disable apps from accessing your microphone, camera, and location.
- Change your social media security settings to no longer suggest content.
- Make your social media connections private.
- Block social media “friend” suggestions.
- Unfollow hashtags.

Justice cannot exist in a self-serving electorate. It is undeniable that the CIA, NSA, and FBI (with other law enforcement), as well as organized criminals listen to, watch, and monitor United States citizens (some far more than others) as is proven in numerous court cases (the number of which has substantially increased since ~2015) and by whistleblowers (including Edward Snowden) as has been covered by numerous news organizations. Many think they don’t have the ability to change wrongdoings in the world – this is a fallacy. Change starts with being informed, then taking action as a collective unit. People, good and bad, have taken collective action, many believing it to be a lesser of two (or more) evils. The mistake people make is choosing a side, contributing to social engineering directly or by looking the other way. Without schemes of the government or others that create winners and losers, corruption would not exist. Crime is a result of oppression – people want a good life, some wanting far more than others. By making a fair standard of living attainable for all we can rid the world of corruption. Until then, we need to be aware of the evils that exist in the world, take a united front against evildoers, and discourage these practices through law. In order to create lasting change a civil suit must be taken to the U.S. Supreme Court against Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, SnapChat, Pinterest, YouTube, X, and every other “social media” platform that utilizes suggestive algorithms. The ask and expectation for these social media companies is that they change their suggestive algorithms to no longer allow other user activity to affect the news feed of any individual user through algorithmic manipulation. Facebook itself acknowledges it facilitates terrorism but it prioritizes connecting people and engagement over user safety. Facebook is wrong to intentionally make its platform “addictive” as is proven in the winning civil case
. Yet this “winning” case only scratches the surface of the true crime and danger facilitated by Facebook and other social media companies. Social media companies are scared to change their algorithms because, one, they stand to lose ad revenue, and two, it is likely that the staff and owners themselves have submitted to collective actors conspiring against them to remain silent and look the other way. The rich have fears just like you and me, they just mistakenly think they have more to lose. Freedom does not exist without free-will, and that is what social engineering is taking away.

While many of these judges show bias in favor of corporatist and government immunity to guard “status quo” agendas, accusing many plaintiffs of frivolousness as an excuse for dismissal to keep things quiet, the consistency and prevalence of social engineering tactics and victimization among these entirely unrelated cases spanning across the United States is undeniable. From corporate big businesses, good, but mostly corrupt police, state universities and their graduates, college professors and other staff, to people of the general public, many from all walks of life have contributed to or defended themselves against social engineering, domestic terrorism, collective action, civil conspiracy, double-speak and other double-meaning interactions, harassment, manipulation, and gaslighting.
It’s time to take a stand, and the only way this will produce tangible positive results is through legislation directly correlated with the Communications Decency Act (S 230 (c) (1) – III) as is stated in the 2019 Supreme Court case, Force v Facebook, Inc., 934 F.3d 53 (2nd Cir. 2019). As one honorable Supreme Court judge states, “These plaintiffs might have proven unable to allege that Facebook’s algorithms played a role in the attacks that harmed them. However, assuming “arguendo” that such might have been the situation here, I do not think that we should foreclose the possibility of relief in future cases if victims can plausibly allege that a website knowingly brought terrorists together and that an attack occurred as a direct result of the site’s actions. Though the majority shuts the door on such claims, today’s decision also illustrates the extensive immunity that the current formulation of the CDA extends to social media companies for activities that were undreamt of in 1996. It therefore may be time for Congress to reconsider the scope of S 230. Widening the aperture further, malefactors at home and abroad can manipulate social media to promote extremism. At the same time, as outlined above, social media can be manipulated by evildoers who pose real threats to our democratic society. The creation of social networks reaches beyond the publishing functions that 230 protects. Perhaps Congress will engage in a broader rethinking of the scope of CDA immunity.” So there it is in mostly plain english – social media facilitates domestic terrorism. Unfortunately, the plaintiffs did not have all the facts (or evidence and expert witnesses) to defend their case as this blog presents.
“We the people of the United States” have the opportunity to defend democracy and protect ourselves (along with every citizen) while proving a path for the entire human population to live without fear of socially engineered “terrorism”. It all starts here with a few simple choices. Follow the steps above to protect yourself. Share with others. And sign this petition to stop social media companies from facilitating social engineering and all forms of domestic terrorism, then watch as we change history together.
